Attend this session virtually or in-person.
Participants receive a handout for home practice.

ABOUT STRUCTURAL YOGA: Structural Yoga is a classical hatha yoga style incorporating breath awareness, synchronized with movements, or in held postures, meditation, and relaxation. Postures are done in repetition then held if the feeling is comfortable and steady. Postures done in repetition (dynamic movement) develop muscular strength and improves flexibility and balance. Holding poses improves strength and stamina. Modifications and adaptations of postures are offered as needed.

As a yoga therapist, Mary's style is functional, practical, slow moving and mindful. She aims to inspire students with the ancient wisdom and spiritual practices that have guided her for over 20 years.
